ON-CALL CONSTRUCTION
Brown & Root’s On-Call Construction group provides on-call, IDIQ (Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity) and Job Order Contracting (JOC) services to state and local governmental agencies, educational and healthcare institutions. Through “On-Call” contracting, these institutions can reduce the costs and times involved in bidding routine upgrades, maintenance, and renovation projects as separate work orders or jobs. Brown & Root has more than 29 years’ experience in providing efficient, cost-effective, rapid-response solutions to our customers’ public works project needs.
Job Order Contracting – In an era of tight budgets and limited resources, clients are turning to on-call, cost- effective Job Order Contracting (JOC) solutions for their everyday upgrades, repairs and renovations.
ACCESS VIA COOPERATIVE PURCHASING
Many Purchasing Cooperatives now provide access to a Job Order Contract (JOC) program for their members. This is a great way for members to try JOC without having to solicit their own contract, and for entities not large enough to have their own stand-alone JOC to enjoy the cost and time-saving benefits. These contracts are competitively bid by governmental entities, and made available to other co-op members through interlocal agreements.
