Serving as Brown & Root’s Vice President of Health, Safety & Environmental since May 2019, Jerry Redden is accountable for the management and performance of Brown & Root’s HSE Department throughout the Americas and international locations, supporting the corporate HSE initiatives driving Brown & Root’s ZERO Harm 24/7 culture, and is responsible for providing overall leadership and support to offices and field projects, including Maintenance, Turnarounds, Construction, Specialty Services, and Engineering.
Jerry has 35 years of industrial experience in both HSE and Operations. Before joining Brown & Root, Jerry spent 24 years with Jacobs Engineering Group during which the last year he held the role of Global HSE Director for Jacobs Field Services. Before this role, Jerry was the Managing Director for Jacobs Industrial Services and was responsible for the operations of all Jacobs Field Services Union work (Maintenance, Construction, and Fabrication) in North America with a peak workforce of 10,000. In this role, Jerry resided in Calgary, Alberta, Canada, for nearly five years. Before joining Jacobs, Jerry spent nine years with Basic Industries.
Jerry has been involved with the Society of Maintenance and Reliability Professionals, the World Safety Organization, and served on the Board of Directors for CLR in 2016 and 2017.
