Corey Dinkel serves as President of Construction, Engineering & OCC for Brown & Root Industrial Services. With more than two decades of experience in industrial construction, maintenance, turnarounds, and project execution, Corey brings a field-first leadership approach focused on operational excellence, workforce development, and delivering predictable outcomes for clients.
Corey’s career began in the field, where he developed a strong appreciation for the people, processes, and disciplines required to safely execute complex industrial projects. Throughout his career, he has advanced through field operations, project controls, turnaround management, operations leadership, and executive management roles, providing him with a comprehensive understanding of project execution and organizational performance.
Prior to joining Brown & Root, Corey held several senior leadership roles within the industrial services and construction sectors, leading organizations responsible for projects ranging from maintenance scopes to large-scale capital projects exceeding $1 billion in value. His experience spans the refining, petrochemical, chemical, energy, manufacturing, and infrastructure markets.
Known for his hands-on leadership style, Corey remains committed to maintaining a strong field presence and building high-performing teams centered on accountability, collaboration, safety, and employee growth.
Corey earned his education through Southeastern Louisiana University, Tulane University, and Louisiana State University. His leadership philosophy is built on servant leadership principles, continuous improvement, and creating long-term value for clients, employees, and stakeholders.
