Brad Duncan serves as Executive Vice President for Brown & Root Industrial Services, where he leads the company’s strategic growth initiatives across engineering, construction, maintenance, turnarounds, specialty services, and emerging markets. With more than 20 years of experience in the industrial construction and service industry, he has built his career developing client partnerships, leading high-performing teams, and driving sustainable growth across North America’s industrial markets.
Throughout his career, Brad has led commercial organizations supporting the refining, petrochemical, LNG, power generation, manufacturing, and industrial infrastructure sectors. His experience spans business development strategy, market expansion, operational integration, contract negotiations, and executive leadership, with a focus on aligning customer objectives with safe, efficient, and value-driven execution.
Prior to joining Brown & Root, Brad held executive leadership positions within the industrial services industry, where he played a key role in securing and expanding major maintenance, turnaround, engineering, and capital project programs across the United States.
