Andy Dupuy has served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Brown & Root since its formation in 2015. He has more than 40 years’ experience in leadership and management in the Construction, Engineering, Maintenance, and EPC business.

Andy was instrumental in the growth of Brown & Root from a startup in 2015 to a comprehensive, multi-discipline industrial services company employing 9,000 people in locations throughout the U. S. and North America. Brown & Root now provides engineering; construction; maintenance; turnaround services; soft crafts (insulation, scaffolding, painting); as well as specialty welding and cooling tower technology services.

He previously served as President of Shaw Power, Executive Vice President of the Shaw Infrastructure/E&I Division; and in numerous other positions prior to the sale of The Shaw Group to Chicago Bridge & Iron in 2013. At CB&I, Andy was Sr. Vice President of Construction for the Plant Services Division and President of Fossil Power for the Power Division, 2013-2015.

He is a past President of the Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) Pelican Chapter and the Louisiana State Chapter. He currently serves on the Board of Trustees for the National Center for Construction Education and Research (NCCER). Andy was appointed to the Louisiana State Board for Contractors by the Governor in 2005 where he currently serves on the executive committee as Secretary/Treasurer. He is a member and Distinguished Past President of the Red Stick Kiwanis Club.
